1. Who we are

Lodacks ("we", "us") is an online shop based in Takoradi, Western Region, Ghana. Contact: info@lodacks.com.

2. What we sell

Mobile data bundles for Ghanaian networks, Result Checker PINs and AFA registration, as listed on the site at the time you order. We are an independent reseller, not a mobile network. Bundles are delivered through the networks' data suppliers, and the network's own terms apply to the data once it's on the line.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are in Ghana cedis (GH₵) and shown before you pay. The price you see on the review page is the price you pay, plus a processing fee if one is shown there.
• Payments are handled by our payment provider (card or Mobile Money). We never see or store your card details.
• Your order only goes ahead once the payment provider confirms the payment to us.

4. Your order

• You are responsible for entering the correct recipient number and choosing the right network and bundle. Please check the review page carefully.
• Most orders are delivered within minutes, but delivery depends on the network and its suppliers, so we can't guarantee an exact time. You can track every order.
• If an order can't be delivered, our refund policy applies.
• We may refuse or hold an order that looks like a duplicate or misuse, and we'll tell you if we do.

5. Accounts

• You sign in with your phone number and a password. Keep your password private; you are responsible for orders placed from your account.
• Give accurate details. We may suspend an account used for fraud or abuse.

6. Lodacks wallet

The wallet holds money for spending on Lodacks only. It isn't a bank account or mobile money wallet: it earns no interest and can't be transferred or cashed out. Top-ups count once our payment provider confirms them. Limits and any top-up fee are shown on the wallet page.

7. Resellers

Use of the reseller API requires an approved reseller account and is described on the API page. Resellers are responsible for their own customers.

8. Acceptable use

Don't use Lodacks for fraud, to test stolen cards or accounts, to overload or attack the site, or to break the law.

9. Responsibility

We take responsibility for your order until it is delivered or refunded. We aren't responsible for problems caused by the network itself after delivery, or by a wrong number entered by you. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Ghanaian law.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to orders placed after the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
