Help with an order

Please include your order reference (it starts with LDK-) and the phone number the order was for. You can also:

  • Track your order with its reference and phone number.
  • If you have an account, sign in and open a support request from the order; you'll see our replies there.

Before contacting us about money, our refund policy explains what happens when an order can't be delivered.
